The pumps mainly used for extraction of air, and other dry, non-toxic, non-corrosive, Non-inflammable and explosive gas, not available for doesn’t contain a small amount of solid particles of the gas. It is not suitable for pumping the gas that will have chemical reactions with oil and with dust grains(If it is attached gas ballast device , it still able to pumping a certain amount of non-condensable gas )

Exhausting the air which higher than the air density will leads the vacuum pump mechanical load and thermal load increased ,It is prohibited before get permittion from our company.

This vacuum pump is not allowed to be used in flammable and explosive working environments.

If the vacuum pump is equipped with a float valve and oil return pipe,it can be work continuously (please follow the precautions when using ,refer to the instruction --installation and debugging of Oil circulationThe vacuum pump pressure’s limit has been verified.

All parts processing, finished product assembling quality comply with the product drawings and related technical requirements, accord with the relevant provisions of JB/T 5971-1992 and JB/T 6533-2005。sealed components accords with JB/T 1091-1991 and JB/T1091-1991 relevant rules, accord with the GB/T 19956.1—2005 and GB/T 19956.2—2005《volumetric vacuum pump performance measurement method 》and GB/T 21271-2007 《Measurement of vacuum pump noise》and the relevant provisions of the standard DIN45635。

Product structure and principle of work

The rotor 4 fixed in the In the cylinder body, Through the end cover of eccentric hole ,
Close to the left 7 almost touch with the walls of cavity, Rotor blades 3 are mounted in  multiple  rotor grooves.

when the rotor (4) begins to rotate, due to centrifugal force, the blade (3)pushes forward and slides along the cylinder body, separating the space between cylinder body and rotor into several working Chambers.

When the working chamber and air inlet (1) connected, gas inhaled .

with the rotor (4) rolling,the inhaled gas is compressed, and pumped into the oil tank together . Constant pressure difference make the vacuum pump oil into the compression chamber .The oil and gas are discharge together into the oil tank ,and separated by gravity and oil strainer(6) network and exhaust filters(12) , Oil fell to the bottom of the tank, and entering the working chamber again(oil circulation) , Oil-free air release the vent filters into the atmosphere.
In case inhalation of solid particles, vacuum pump installed air intake filter ⑿ in the inlet port。

In accordance with the vacuum pump’s "product description" and "installation essential conditions" , the operator must comply with rules that the vacuum pump is allowed to exhausting the medium.
